A structured 20-week programme that runs learners through all 4 training factory stages on real Sariki product builds. Cohort-based, supervisor-led, and outcome-tracked. Open to college graduates, IT professionals transitioning to AI, and early-career software engineers.

Final-year students from colleges in Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, and North Andhra join real Sariki delivery pods as supervised interns. Interns are placed on product builds — not dummy projects — and work toward a Commercial Readiness sign-off.
